William S. Greenberg, Esq.

Mr. Greenberg practices primarily in the field of civil litigation. He began as a plaintiff's personal injury attorney in a general practice firm where he sharpened his skills as a trial attorney. He has since expanded into a wide range of civil litigation areas including wrongful death, trucking accidents, medical malpractice, insurance coverage cases, administrative law hearings, estate and probate litigation, legal and professional malpractice. He has served as designated trial counsel in dozens of jury and bench trials. Mr. Greenberg is also an experienced consumer litigator concentrating on the federal Fair Debt Collections Practices and Fair Credit Reporting Acts.

In addition to litigation Mr. Greenberg does transactional work negotiating commercial leases particularly for restaurants and the food service industry. He also donates his time to the Office of Attorney Ethics and has served as an investigator, Vice Chairman, and Chairman of the District Ethics Committee.

Lawrence Minasian, Esq.

Lawrence Minasian practices in the areas of personal injury, civil and criminal litigation. He served as a law clerk for the Honorable Arthur L. Troast, J.S.C., a judge in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Law Division, Bergen County, after graduating cum laude from Seton Hall University School of Law. Throughout his career, Mr. Minasian has represented hundreds of plaintiffs in personal injury cases including wrongful death, motor vehicle, premise liability, worker's compensation and medical malpractice claims. Mr. Minasian handles a volume of Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and Fair Debt Reporting Act cases, Plaintiff's personal injury cases, and criminal and municipal court matters. Mr. Minasian also represents several medical providers in the prosecution of PIP arbitrations, and has extensive experience defending public housing authorities, governmental agencies and law enforcement officers.
